"It's your life...and it's time to take it back!" is a workshop series that has been in development over the course of the last 15 years of my life and I am now ready to share it with all of you.

We all have frustrations, disappointments and stress for many different reasons. I believe it is because we aren't living our lives...we are living everyone else's. The best way you can help someone else, is to first help yourself. This workshop series is a beginning, if you will. A way to open your eyes to new possibilities and allow you to fee alive and in control again...or maybe for the first time!

You will learn skills that will help you for the rest of your life. This isn't just a seminar for high level executives, or people whose lives are falling apart at the seams. The concepts in this series are very far reaching they can and should be used by children, senior citizens and everyone in between.

This is by no means an end all to end all solution to you life! It is merely a beginning. I've created this free lecture series for everyone! By all means, don't keep this a secret...it is information for everyone. We do ask that you please RSVP so that we may be prepared for everyone who attends. All ages are welcome (please bring your children! We will allow them to play with us no matter what level they are ready for.)

These workshops are all interactive and will challenge you to think. Our goal is to stretch your mind and help you to look at familiar situations and patterns in your life from a new perspective. A problem can't be solved from the same level of thinking that it was created. This course is designed to help elevate your level of thinking to a different place. Life will always present us with problems and challenges. Having a set of tools to help us through life makes it more fun. So, take some time this year to learn more about yourself and about life.
